Our Gift a Creative Moment card lets your friends or family enjoy a relaxing and fun workshop at Dreamm Studio.

How it works: 

1.     Click “Book your slot” and connect with us on WhatsApp.

2.     Share a few details with us:

·       Your name

·       Recipient’s name and contact number

·       Which workshop you’d like to gift

·       Number of participants

·       Occasion (If any)

·       Message to your recipient (We will put your message into an E-card and send to the recipient)

·       The date you’d like us to send the surprise message

3. Once confirmed, make payment to complete your order.
4. On your chosen date, we’ll send a personalized message and workshop invitation to your recipient.
5. The recipient can then schedule their workshop and enjoy their creative experience!

Duration: 2 hours +- 

Slot: 11am, 1pm and 3pm 

 

Policy

1. Validity Period
6 months from the date of purchase. The recipient must book their workshop session within this period.

2. Redemption
Recipients can redeem the gift by contacting Dreamm Studio via WhatsApp to schedule their preferred workshop date and time. Advance booking is required, and sessions are subject to availability.

3. Workshop Selection
The workshop chosen at the time of purchase will be fixed. However, recipients may choose to join another workshop of higher value by topping up the price difference, or switch to a workshop of equal or lower value (no refund for price differences).

5. Rescheduling
Once a booking is confirmed, any reschedule request must be made at least 3 days before the workshop date.

6. Non-Refundable
All gift card purchases are non-refundable once payment is made.

7. Communication
A personalized message and digital gift notification will be sent to the recipient via Whatsapp on the selected date provided by the purchaser.
