We deeply value the care and creativity behind every handmade piece. Please take a moment to review our policy before placing your order or booking.

🛒 Purchasing Guidelines

- All items are handmade — slight color or design variations may occur. No two pieces are identical, and that’s the charm of handmade!

- No ready stock is available. All orders require a minimum of 3 days before shipping. If you’re unsure about the delivery timeline, feel free to contact us first.

- Self pick-up is available. Kindly contact us to arrange in advance. Pick-up address: Wisma Pj5 Soho, Kelana Jaya PJ. 

- If you have a custom order in mind, we’d love to hear your ideas! Please contact us first to discuss the design before purchasing.

- Custom-made items are made based on your personal preferences and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please take time to consider and confirm your design with us beforehand.

- If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

- Change of mind is not accepted as a valid reason for return.

 

🛒 Workshop and Class Booking Guidelines

- How to Book:
To register for a class, simply contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram DM.
Please provide the following details so we can check availability:

  • Preferred date
  • Preferred time slot
  • Number of participants
  • Workshop name

- A RM50 deposit is required to secure your workshop slot. This deposit will be deducted from the total payment on the day of the workshop.
📌 Please note: Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit is received. No payment = no reservation.

For Master Courses, the deposit amount and policy may differ.
Kindly contact us directly for course-specific deposit requirements and terms.

- Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
The booking fee is non-refundable once paid. However, you are allowed to reschedule your session one time, with advance notice.

- Minimum Participants:
Most workshops can proceed with just one participant, except for offsite events. So feel free to come solo and enjoy a cozy, hands-on experience!

- Appointment-Based Studio:
Our studio operates strictly by appointment. Kindly arrive on time and be respectful of the space and other participants.

- All Materials Included:
The workshop fee includes all tools, materials, and guidance — just bring yourself and your creativity!
